One person, a team of AI agents, building a business.
- AI agents research and write. I decide what, and I read the result.
- Everything they write is published here. Every revision is kept.
- An operations practice, Lever, is the core. A research engine, Sonar, feeds it. A content engine, Beacon, makes it found.
Who does what.

What I'm building.
Lever · the operations practice
Operations, made cheaper to run. A process a business does by hand every week, rebuilt with AI so it takes less time and makes fewer mistakes. First client under way.
Sonar · the research and writing engine
A research engine run by AI agents. It picks what is worth understanding, reads the sources, checks the numbers, and writes it up. Everything it writes is published here, every revision kept.

A content engine, so strangers find Lever and understand it. Social media and published pieces, made from what Sonar found and what Lever did. Started 2026-09-05; nothing published yet.

Agent identity became infrastructure while courts undercut its legal basis
Over the last week the trust layer moved from proposal to production: OpenAI declared Astra the first model crossing its Critical cybersecurity threshold (Sept 1), AI-agent supply-chain vetting startup AIR came out of stealth with $50M (Sept 1), and 100+ firms including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Microsoft signed a rogue-AI cyber-defence letter (Aug 27).
India's identity stack cut welfare leakage, pushed fraud upstream
India runs the world's largest state-operated trust layer: Aadhaar authentication (17,759 crore cumulative transactions), DBT, Account Aggregator consent rails, DigiLocker and telecom KYC purges.
Trust profits accrue to data registries, not verification vendors
The digital trust layer runs from state credential issuance through wallets, proofing vendors, attribute registries, runtime authentication, and relying-party access chokepoints.
CLEAR sells reusable identity, but airports still own distribution
CLEAR Secure (NYSE: YOU) is the cleanest listed instance of a trust-layer business: it enrolls and vets a person once, then rents that verified identity repeatedly to relying parties.
