Themes, and the portfolio

The kinds became themes: news, country, industry, company, business model, and sociology as the optional sixth. The home was restructured around the portfolio, with Sonar as product one (F1 YouTube was listed as next, then removed the same day: Sonar is the sole project for now). Each project now has a profile and this diary. The operating brief was written so the team can run without Sơn in the loop for every step; it started as ALFRED.md and became OPERATING.md the same day, because the repo is a workspace for many agents, not one.
