The portfolio becomes a pipeline

Sơn wrote the canonical page on his projects today, and the site now says the same thing. Four things, not two projects: Lever, the operations practice, is the core. Sonar finds what is true for it. Beacon, decided today, will make strangers find it. And this site is the shopfront that shows the work, not a project of its own. The opening on the home, the portfolio section, the projects index and the about page were rewritten to say so, in the short register from yesterday.

For Sonar the change is one line on its profile, and its place in the list: it researches for Lever first, its readings are the raw material Beacon will draw on, and it moves from 01 to 02 so Lever can take the centre. Nothing about how it runs changed; the Find, Research, Publish block stays on its card. Also today: the contact address on the about page is now the work address on this site’s own domain.
