Sơn decided the second project today and recorded it in the brain earlier in the day; this afternoon he asked for it on the site. Lever is an operations practice enabled by AI: a process a business already runs by hand, learned from the people who run it, rebuilt to take less of their time. Sonar senses, Lever moves. It enters as building, order 02, the first project to come in through PROJECTS.md since that file was written.

What is true on day one: one engagement is under way, a payroll run for a small education business, and its pay rules are still being confirmed with the client, so the system produces plausible output rather than correct output until they are. The client is not named here and will not be. The practice’s public name is not decided; Lever is the working name and the site says so. No mark until Sơn locks one.
