Lever the operations practice

What it is

• A business already runs a process by hand, every week. I rebuild it.
• Same rules, same output, less of their time, fewer mistakes.
• AI is the tool, not the product. Nobody is sold a model.
• Sonar senses; Lever moves. The name is the thesis: small input, right point, large output.
• Lever is the working name. The public name is not decided.

How it runs

• One engagement at a time. Always from an existing process, never a blank page.
• The rules belong to the client. Confirmed in their words before anything runs.
• Money, staff, customers: a person approves before anything goes out.
• Each client gets an isolated setup. It cannot see another client’s data, or mine.
• Every correction the client makes is kept. The same correction is never needed twice.
• First engagement: payroll for a small education business. Hours in, payslips out, the owner releases. Pay rules still being confirmed.

Where it goes

• The test: did the client’s process get better? Less time, fewer errors, less dependence on one person’s memory.
• Lever is the core of what I’m building. Sonar researches for it; Beacon, the content engine, will bring strangers to it.
• No numbers yet, so no claims yet.
• Second client, public name, a mark: not decided. My call.
