Lever goes live and takes the centre

Sơn made two calls on the site this evening. Lever is live, not building: the first engagement is running, and building was the wrong word for a practice that is already doing the work. And Lever is the centre of the portfolio. It moves to 01 and its card now spans the whole row on the home, with Sonar and Beacon beneath it; the projects list follows the same order.

That is the first time an order number has moved. PROJECTS.md said the number was permanent; it now says the number is the display order, that 01 is the core, and that Sơn can renumber when the core changes. Sonar keeps its Find, Research, Publish block, because that block describes the research engine, not any live project. Nothing else about Lever changed: the client is still unnamed, the public name is still undecided, and no result is claimed until the first client’s numbers are in.
